Great food. The savory crepe I had (smoked salmon) was really tasty. Served over salad made for a balanced meal. The sweet crepe I had was nutella. Nothing out of this world and looking back maybe pricey. But the crepe made a great vehicle to eat a sizable chunk of nutella. You can't go wrong with that. The couple next to me ordered salad (huuuge) and ice cream (really huge for European standards). Service was average for Paris. Waitress was really busy and barely had a chance to check if I wanted to ordered something else. For my fellow Americans, this is Europe and waiters aren't asking every 2 minutes if everything is ok. That sometimes is a plus.

We visited Les Embruns for dinner in March. We were seated right away in the nice indoor dining area. Service was initially slow but this was prime time dinner so is to be expected. We chose a 3 course menu getting an appetizer, entrée, and dessert. The menus are in French and we ordered stuff we didn't love mostly due to translating the menu with Google translate. Everything else was great and we want to go back and order some different stuff we know we would enjoy!

My partner and I had our last meal in Paris here. We came in on a Tuesday night around 9:30pm and were seated right away. The staffs were friendly and welcoming. We ordered 1 set menu which included a starter, a crepe, a dessert and a drink to share and also an extra crepe and drink. Total was $46 for the both of us which is a great deal for the amount of food we gotten. Everything came out in a timely manner. Food was decent.

Wow. Wow is the best summary of this unassuming restaurant across from a Holiday Inn in Paris. We visited France for 3 days in June 2023 and looked for somewhere cool (literally, somewhere with AC) for dinner on a 90f/33c day. Les Emburns has outdoor seating for those who want to suffer and a chilly interior for us fat Americans. The crepes...W O W. I do (did) feel like I've been pampered in terms of crepes. I was born and raised in Northern Maine and visited Quebec, Canada, twice per year. They have a LOT of crepes and I thought I'd had good ones growing up. That was before I tried Les Emburns. The savory buckwheat crepes are life changing. They're oily but still light, airy, and crisp. They're sour and tangy but still subtlety flavored and compliment the fillings. They're large but manageable for a satisfying meal. Best of all, they're piled high with the delicious and high-quality cheeses and meats you can only get in France. Even the mushrooms are more flavorful than anything you'd get in my neck of woods. The waitress had both sections, indoors and outdoors, and she still killed it with perfect pacing and service. I'm so bummed we weren't in Paris longer because I would have come back every single day. If you see this post: go. Just go to...

What Can I say....I came back from Spain ,just get off the train,a couple a friends pick me up,then we decied that we should give a shot to this creperie. There's a great menu that you can stick to around 23€.We all took it.Then we all discover a new world of something good and disgusting in the same time, but good .The portion are very generious and we were completly full since the beggining of this journey but we all decied to keep going...The all process of the experience is fascinating in a way of feeding yourself with an amount of food specialy adapted for good intentions. Not sure to come back again since I need to anderstand what really happend that night.... but I'll give 5 stars for the mystery of the place.I would say:disgusting and really good at the same...
