We didn’t have a good experience at this hotel. We booked two triple rooms, but the extra beds weren’t ready in either of them. After going back and forth to reception a few times (luggage and all!) and getting keys to new rooms, one of them still wasn’t prepared and a staff member had to make the bed himself. It was nice of him to step in, but honestly it was inconvenient for us as guests, especially since it shouldn’t have been a surprise that we would be arriving.||On top of that, we noticed a perfume was no longer in the room on the second-to-last day (it had been used earlier that day). It was in its box and bag, and we only realized on checkout day. When we told reception, there wasn’t much effort to resolve it, just a business card and the suggestion that it might have been accessed via the connected room, since we were told "this has never happened before". That explanation was worrying. We also found the connected rooms quite loud at night, as you could clearly hear the people talking next door. We have written an email to the hotel about the lost item and will wait to hear back.||The location is good and the breakfast staff were kind, but overall I wouldn’t stay here again. If you have to, avoid connected rooms and make sure to lock everything in your suitcase (there were no safes...
Read moreBooked 2 rooms for 2 nights and emailed them before arrival to ask if we could get 2 rooms next to each other as we travelled with a group of 6. When we arrived just before midnight we checked in efficiently and got 2 rooms on the 2nd floor. Beds were good, room was clean and the overall experience was fine. The room is not big but that’s inherent to being in the center of Paris. The room did not have a fridge so we stored the medicine of our daughter in the fridge of the reception. The crew there was always helpful. We did not use the breakfast as it was too expensive for the 6 of us but around the corner (walk outside to the left and again left at the corner) there is a Carrefour Express and in the street towards the station a nice bakery so good alternatives. The hotel is at walking distance from Gare de Lyon and when we walked to the hotel at midnight it was absolutely safe. When we checked out we used the lockers to store our luggage, to pay with coins. The best of this hotel is that it’s so close to Gare de Lyon from where you can take trains...

We arrived at this hotel after a long 10-hour flight, only to be told at 11 PM that they didn’t have a room for us, despite our reservation being pre-paid. It seems they gave our room away because we were a late check-in. Instead of accommodating us, they told us to go to a completely different, small, unknown, and sketchy hotel 20 minutes away.
As two women in Paris, we were left to drag our suitcases through the streets at night, without so much as an apology from the staff. This is disgraceful behaviour for a so-called tourist hotel.
This experience was not only inconvenient but also deeply unsafe and unacceptable. This was our first and will definitely be our last time using this hotel chain. Also, they NEVER reply to any of their emails!!!
Do not trust this hotel with your booking because they will just cancel it no matter how early you have booked and whether you have already done the...
