Stopped in here on my way to my hotel and Iâm so glad I did! Small, family run, Tibetan restaurant, serving traditional cuisine. The staff were all very friendly, spoke perfect English and were only too happy to talk me through the menu. I had the shrimp dumplings, which were fantastic, especially with the extra hot, home-made chilli sauce on them, although I wish Iâd ordered 12 instead of just six. I followed this with the shrimp soup noodles, an absolute taste sensation from start to finish, genuinely didnât want them to end. Fancied something sweet to finish, so I opted for their Tsampa cake, a Tibetan dessert that the owner told me is usually served with breakfast. It was an interesting texture, somewhat akin to Halva, not too sweet but satisfied my craving nonetheless. I would certainly recommend Lhasa Noodles and I look forward to coming back to sample more of the menu the next time...
Read moreI recently visited Lhasa noodle a Tibetan restaurant , and it was an absolute delight for my taste buds! Their momo was truly exceptionalâperfectly steamed dumplings that burst with a warm, flavorful soup at the very first bite. The rich broth inside made every bite a comforting and satisfying experience.
To start off, I tried their laphing, and it was the perfect appetizer! The balance of spice and texture made it a refreshing and exciting way to begin the meal. It set the stage for the rest of the dining experience beautifully.
The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, and the service was attentive and friendly. If youâre a fan of authentic and flavorful food, especially momo and laphing, this place is a must-visit!
Highly recommended, and I canât...
Read moreWe came across of this restaurant by coincidence and while looking at the menu, we gave it a try. The menu has a nice selection of dry, fried or in soup noodles, raviolis, fried rice and starters. The noodles are homemade and all the dishes look super fresh. We went for the homemade raviolis with vegetables, which can be ordered in units of 6 or 12. The raviolis were super soft & tasty, nicely shaped and were served steamy warm. We also took the noodles soup with tofu and the fried noodles with beef. Both came in a very nice quantity and were both looking and tasting delicious. They also offer two kinds of spicy condiments for the ones who like to spicy up their dish. You really get value for your money, itâs delicious and the staff is super friendly....
