Food is super good - fresh seafood and fish. It is the second time we came there and the younger servant, who is maybe also the shareholder, expressed his anger on us, clients. First it was because we were 10 min late. He could not control his emotions when we ordered and asked for explanations, watched his watch and was showing us we have to go - when I asker to repeat à beer for me, he brought me a half pint. Second time it was better, but remarkable was the fact that no one cleaned the table, or offered new serviette during the evening, so that after the seafood platter (which more or less wasted our initial serviettes) we still had to sit at the table with little ponds of water. Quelle déception. Nous sommes clients de ce restaurant depuis des années et des années, essentiellement à cause de la terrasse très agréable. Nous avons appelé pour réserver une table, comme à notre habitude, et notre interlocuteur nous a demandé à quelle heure nous souhaitions venir. Nous avons répondu entre 12 et 12h30, ce qui n'a semblé poser aucun problème au téléphone. Nous avons également demandé à manger en terrasse, mon père, 81 ans, handicapé, ne pouvant de toute façon pas monter les escaliers pour manger en intérieur. Le temps de se garer, au plus près, avec une personne à mobilité réduite, nous étions là à 12h40. Nous nous sommes fait refoulés purement et simplement, et fort agressivement en prime, en nous disant qu'on nous attendait à midi. Nous avons donc dit que nous avions convenu au téléphone que nous arriverions entre 12h et 12h30 et le serveur nous a dit que nous mentions, car personne au téléphone n'aurait pu nous donner "un créneau" d'arrivée, et que nous étions attendus à midi pile. On nous a proposé une table à l'intérieur que devant la difficulté d'accessibilité et la mauvaise foi des 2 messieurs au service nous avons refusé. C'est vraiment une excellente technique commerciale de traiter de la sorte des clients fidèles et de donner la table à des gens de passage qui ne reviendront jamais. Bref, nous n'y remettrons évidemment plus jamais les pieds et nous déconseillerons ce restaurant à l'avenir. Et nous irons plutôt chez Côtes et Mer, qui nous a trouvé une table au dernier moment, et chez qui nous nous sommes régalés, avec un service souriant et aux...
