This place is divine. Al fresco dining in a beautiful terrace with luscious green garden. Reservation recommanded. They are fully booked each day. We were greeted and seated promptly upon arrival. The service was just fantastic which is not common in this country especially when you don't look like part of the local crowd. The waiter (Jeremy) was very courteous and friendly. He took note of my lactose allergy. Dishes were served promptly. He came by to apologise profusely because we waited just a little as the chef forgot about my lactose allergy and the waiter asked for a new dish to be cooked. It didn't even feel like we were waiting as we enjoyed the ambiance and the good weather. The food was divine with flavours and aromas that exquisitely exploded in your mouth. The pork was cooked to perfection. In between dishes, the chef came out to greet his regular clients and stopped by to say hello to us and a second time to see if all was well. He was polite, friendly and pleasant. Dessert was buffet style. Since most of the pastries had lactose, I didn't try them. My partner told me they were delicious and he went for second helping. The waiter offered to get me a lactose free dessert. It was a fabulous surprise. Dessert was like a beautiful painting. It had delicious sorbet (melon and raspberry if I recall correctly) with fresh passion fruit and the caramelised grilled pistachio nuts were just heavenly. I even had a lactose free "crème chantilly" beautifully decorated with fresh fruits. Prices are very affordable, we are talking about fine dining here Gastronomique! For lunch on weekdays, its 21 euro for 2-course and 26 euro for 3-course meal. For dinners it's 30 euro. There are several different menus which one can check on the restaurant's website. Good wine selection, mostly local. We went for the house wine, at 6 euro for 50 cl. Bravo for the bold step in keeping wine prices more than reasonable. Many restaurants make you feel like you have been ripped off by their prices or by NOT offering wine in a pitcher. A great dining experience. Definitely returning. Thanks to the chef...

Vivant à Marseille, il ne se passe pas une semaine sans que je ne repense à mes deux repas chez le Chef Franck Seguret cet été en août. Il fait le tour des tables en début et fin de service, turbine en cuisine... Les portions sont généreuses, les ingrédients de qualité, les ajustements divins, les desserts (pour moi qui n'aime pas les desserts) sont terribles !!!! La tarte aux mûres, la tarte au citron, le bras de gitan... Et le Chateaubriand cuisson parfaite à la Melanosporum, sa tranche de foie gras poêlé et sa sauce aux morilles. J'en pleurerais tant ça me manque, j'en ai la langue qui colle au palais rien qu'à y repenser.

Et l'équipe de serveurs très sympathique ! Et puis ca tabasse là dedans... y a pas à dire.

Svp Chef, la prochaine fois que votre ami Chef marseillais connu (dont vous m'avez parlé) vient manger chez vous : passez lui un bag pour moi. C'est une supplication !

Ah et j'ai oublié : le rapport qualite prix exceptionnel à préserver. Preuve que l'on peut manger excellemment bien dans ce pays à des prix raisonnables. Merci Chef de proposer un tel niveau de cuisine et pâtisserie au plus grand nombre. J'ai fait votre pub à tout mon entourage photos à l'appui. Et je reviendrai...

Un sans faute ! Service et personnel au top du top ! Je suis extrêmement satisfaite par la qualité du service et de la cuisine qui nous est proposée. J'ai beaucoup apprécié les petites attentions des serveurs qui ont été d'une extrême gentillesse, étant enceinte je ne pouvais pas manger grand chose avec les succulentes entrées qui sont proposées à la carte, on m'a ramené quelque chose que je pouvais manger sans problème. 😊 Le plat que j'avais commandé était un délice gustatif pour les papilles ! Un vrai régal ! L'attention supplémentaire pour mon anniversaire en m'apportent une part de royal au chocolat m'a beaucoup touchée ainsi que le champagne offert pour mes proches et mon conjoint. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, le chef est aussi d'une grande gentillesse ainsi que le personnel. Je reviendrais avec un immense plaisir car une fois de plus, j'ai super bien mangé et apprécié l'amabilité des serveurs. Un grand merci à vous. Vous méritez bien plus que 5 étoiles. Je parlerais de vous autour de moi. Une adresse incontournable à Perpignan si on veut bien manger et passer un agréable moment.

What a wonderful time we had eating in this restaurant, the beef with aligot was great, the place, the attention and everything was flawless, it even has free private parking and all you can eat desserts. Great pricing too, look no further, mandatory stop!! Merci beaucoup Jeremy, chef and the rest of the team!! ❤️
