Vegetarian plate is excellent. Sort of like an Indian thali, with lots of little samples of different things, some of which were clearly India-inspired (dal) but others pure French innovation -- the chèvre mousse with pine nuts was particularly remarkable. I don't think I've met a gazpacho I didn't like, but they're hard to find and this one was definitely above average. The kitchen is really good at what they do.
Wait staff are energetic, and attentive, working entirely as a team (order with person A and person B brings it; next time the inverse; yet no information seems to be lost). It was like watching a pro sports team to seem them cover all the tables effectively on a busy evening. They all speak English and seem eager to do so.

The place was busy and convivial with a warm friendly vibe. We drank a couple of glasses of the St Augustine and randomly chose our entrée, house salad for my gf and the gaspacho vert for myself. The care and attention paid to each leaf of that salad was testiment to the cooking style of the entire menu , simply awesome. Mains were, Gurnard which was treated with love and the cod gratin (coming from an English man this is no small matter), that was simply the lightest, flakiest, delicious and most delicately seasoned cod dish I've ever tasted. May go back...
