A friend and I visited this restaurant last week and would probably class ourselves as curry enthusiasts but maybe not experts. We had a mixed platter of the usual starters with tandoori chicken and pakoras etc which was nice and followed with the butter chicken and chelly agneau and pilau rice which were both nice and the rice well cooked. The menu was quite limited, not like some of the gargantuan offerings in UK curry houses but the food was of a good standard and was really tasty. We like a little more heat with our curry so had some nice chilli pickle on the side to spice things up a little. The only downside was no beer on tap and only bottles. The pastis was served one minute before the meal, the rice had spent too much time in the cooker - it was really dry and, on top, barely hot - the amount of sauce microscopic and no credit card payment possible. This was our first and last time. Very disappointing.
