I visited Sainte-Anne with no plan—just hopped on a bus and went exploring. After spending the day walking along the beautiful beaches and coastline, I was getting hungry as evening approached. I followed the sound of music and laughter to Place Schoelcher, and that’s how I stumbled upon L'Indigo—what an amazing discovery!
The atmosphere was lively and welcoming. I had a spicy wrap that was absolutely delicious, and the drinks were even better. I ended up staying late, enjoying the vibe, and by around 1 AM, it was time to head back to Le Gosier. At that hour, there was no transportation available, and I was fully prepared to walk back.
To my surprise, the owner of L'Indigo insisted on driving me home after closing. He genuinely cared about my safety and well-being—something I’ve never experienced before while traveling. He was, without a doubt, one of the kindest and most generous people I’ve met.
