Le Rhumarin — Restaurant in Pointe-à-Pitre

If you're looking for a superb restaurant, then Restaurant Le Rhumarin is definitely worth a try. This is my first time here today, not only because I heard there was delicious food here, but also because I wanted to try some fresh dishes. I can honestly say that this restaurant did not disappoint me.

The restaurant's decor is beautiful and atmospheric. The waiters are also very friendly, warm, and professional. Moreover, the restaurant's team of chefs is absolutely top-notch. Every dish they cook is very delicious and surprises me time and time again.

Beautiful restaurant and great decor. Staff really lovely and friendly. They noticed I had a little cold and brought me a rum shot that was made with passion fruit and ginger and I slept so well that night 😊

Anyway food is great, very fresh and generous portions too. Wine selection was decent. The fish snack platter was so so good. Loved the pates.

There are seats by the sea and a great view. However we didn’t get to seat by the waterfront. I hear the views are amazing. It’s a small and cozy restaurant which is always a good sign that you would get great food and a personalized service. The vibes were good, a little bit of music and quick service.

A bit overpriced but worth it. Comes highly recommended by the locals.

Terrible. The worst meal I've had in Guadeloupe. The tuna was overcooked. The sauce had no flavor. The sweet potatoes were lukewarm. The vegetables were lukewarm with raw, undercooked eggplant. My partner had the Lamb shank, supposedly cooked for 7 hours. No way. Large globs of fat were visible on the Lamb shank. His French fries were served lukewarm. Our server offered to rewarm our food but at this point I decided that RhuMarin was not worth a reheat. My advice...find somewhere else to eat. Le Metz, around the corner, has wonderful tuna. Domino, next to Le Metz, has very fresh Marlin Sushi that is delicious! Jaffelin, down the road near Crystal Beach, has excellent Lamb chops and their Chocolate Fondant is to die for. Give...
