La boulangerie Benodet — Restaurant in Quimper

OK, so the baked goods are excellent - the Parisse ficelle, the croissants, the pains au raisin (the size of a small plate), other breads. Yesterday morning we were queuing out of the door, but service is so efficient I was still served in a flash.

I would tell you about more of their products, but when I rocked up there this morning they were closed without any warning that I or anyone I talked to was aware of. When we went back to check in the afternoon we did find a sign (I don’t think it was there in the morning) saying that they were closed and on holiday.

We passed the bakery several times during the day and on every occasion watched as would-be customers turned up and then left disappointed. Let’s just say that they clearly did a lousy job of advertising their impending absence.

So: it’s an excellent bakery but there are issues...

What a wonderful place to buy lunch! There were quite a few of us staying at Du Letty who took a walk around the area and stumbled on this place; what a great place to buy lunch! We had various sandwiches, muffins, brownies and pastries. All were fresh and divine! Nothing was too much trouble, even when we were trying to order in our very limited french 🤦🏻‍♀️ the staff were friendly with huge skills on their faces. When (not if) we visit Benodet again, this will be our go to! N'accepte pas la carte Edenred comme mode de paiement mais accepte les tickets format papier. Sous prétexte que la commission est trop élevée, ils n'ont pas compris qu'ils n'avaient plus à traiter les tickets papiers qui prend un temps de gestion important. Le temps c'est de l'argent mais ils ne l'ont pas compris. Triste de voir que la dématérialisation ne soit pas prise en compte. De plus le pain est très moyen. A fuire... Suite à votre réponse et contrairement à ce que vous croyez je suis à Benodet depuis plus longtemps que vous. Votre agressivité dans toutes vos réponses, j'invite d'ailleurs vos éventuels futurs clients à les lire, montre votre mépris et votre incompétence, je ne vous souhaite pas le meilleur pour la suite de votre activité car vous ne le méritez pas... Heureusement qu'un nouveau boulanger s'installe à Benodet er j'espère qu'il vous fera tout le tord que vous méritez. Alors, si vous voulez donner des leçons, commencer par vous les donner à vous même... Bravo de faire bosser vos salariés 12h par jour, ce n'est pas et de loin le cas dabs mon entreprise, pauvre plouc que vous êtes qui pollue Benodet. Vous n'accepter pas la critique, c'est bien dommage, ca vous ferait évoluer........ Ceci étant, je doute que vous en soyez capable.... Précision, je n'ai du respect pendant la Covid que pour les personnels de santé et de sécurités publiques... Vous vouliez avant tout, sauver votre petite entreprise avant de penser...
