The ice cream was delicious and I ordered two scoops on a cone for myself and 2 more for my family at 3.20pm. The lady who first served me was warm and friendly, however not all staff had the same service standard.

One thing to note is the ice cream melts really fast and their waffle cones turn soft and break equally fast. Hence, if you are buying ice cream for your young child like me, get a cup instead of the cone and save yourself the mess.

In order to save my daughter's melting ice cream mess, I went back in to ask if I can have a small empty cup. The staff tells me by right they can't give any and then if I want normally I'll have to pay. I offered to pay, but she walked off instead.

Goodness, I bought 3 ice cream(2 scoops each) from your shop costing 14€ and I'm not even asking for a free scoop. It was only a small empty cup for a young child(under 5). A real disappointing experience.

The 3 stars(would have been 5 stars) is for the quality of your ice cream and the first lady who served us. I highly suggest you add the option to add the waffle cone to your ice-cream cup purchase, and include the price of buying an empty cup on your menu. I can pay for it but I...

Jamais je n’ai goûté de glaces aussi bonnes c’est une tuerie, et le cornet y fait pour beaucoup, quel délice!! Ça se sent que tout est fait maison, et le cornet se suffit tellement à lui même qu’ils en vendent des brisures (pas de gâchis!) Édit: la file d’attente monstrueuse qu’il y a aussi bien la journée que le soir 😭😭😭 Quel dommage qu’il n’y ait plus le point de vente culte sur le front de mer… Le service est top, la bonne humeur est au rendez-vous ! Bon je vais mettre toutes mes notes des glaces :

Cornets : on peut pas faire mieux !!! Le cornet est fait maison, délicieux très croquant et contrairement à d’autres marchands de glace n’a pas le goût de carton

Fantastic ice cream, very creamy, great taste and a lot of fun flavours! Highly recommended. Tried the pistachio, grand marnier and the praline, but it was hard to choose. Pistachio was a definite favourite, and a friend had the 'Texane' (peanut and chocolate) which was so tasty I kept stealing bites.

Edit: went back to try more flavours. Love love this place. Pistachio and Texane are still the best. Lemon is also gloriously sour and refreshing.

Also bonus points for friendly staff and delicious home made cones!
