We were last at this Patapain in 2018 and really liked it then, especially to go with children. We visited again yesterday (we are here on holiday again this year) and I was quite disappointed. The lady behind the counter was very nice. Our children ordered donuts which were placed on a tray (which was not clean) without a napkin or plate underneath: very unhygienic. My husband and I ordered two tartelettes and again no napkin or plate underneath, but at least they were or on their own cardboard 'plates'. The ice machine was out of order so no fresh thé glacé, but the coffee was alright. We were not given forks for the tartelettes or the donuts and only 2 napkins for 4 people. The service stations which contained napkins and cutlery before were now all empty? In the childrens play area, the computer/tablet was not working. Glad to see that the huge bouncy giraffe outside is still there, but unfortunately it was too hot outside (40 degrees) to go on it, which is why we hoped for the tablet for indoor entertainment. In the toilets, there was a bad smell and there was no seat on the disabled toilet. All in all a bad experience, we...
Read moreVery good service. Visited twice, once yesterday for gluten free salad (me) and pizza for my son. Allergen list is available for people with special dietary needs. Always a good thing! The staff were very helpful. Came in this morning before hitting the road for a coffee. And again, very friendly staff! (Different people). When I went up for a second coffee and it was offered free. Happy me. They try to be more eco friendly than other 'fast food' places, but instead of recycling bins for the food containers perhaps using real cutlery and washing it might be better. That's why I gave it 4...
Read moreBonjour,
