My husband and I anxiously awaited the opening of Aviné and were not disappointed when we got to spend an evening on the terrace for a memorable date night in July. We started with locally made charcuterie and a delicious natural wine suggested by chef/sommelier Arnaud. For our entrée we enjoyed a selection of tartes – the pissaladière was a particular favorite- which were followed by an exciting dinner of diverse flavors and spins on specialties from around the globe.
Aviné's owners Arnaud and Tania skillfully bring their passion for food and wine- along with their savoir faire from their native and adopted homes (Germany, France, the US, Puerto Rico...)- to the table and to the delight of their guests. The eclectic menu is equalled by thoughtfully chosen local ingredients and products, respecting both regional traditions and the life experiences of the restaurateurs. Prestige ingredients and the extensive industry experience of Tania and Arnaud result in an extraordinary dining experience; inviting, without pretension, and full of possibilities.
We're sad that Aviné will be closed down during the colder months but excited to meet up again in this new spot which is sure to become a local...

Chefs Tania and Arnaud draw from their native and adopted lands – France, Germany, the US, Puerto Rico – to bring an explosion of taste to the table. Their love of food and wine is expressed in their ever-changing menu that is sourced from local, independent producers and promises a consistent discovery.
We loved our time at aVINé so much we quickly returned with our daughter so she could enjoy the best frîtes she’s ever had and some cuddles with Tania and Arnaud’s dog, Muppet. We are sad that aVINé will close over the colder months but grateful that the region has a new restaurant to celebrate food and wine, one that will surely become a local...
Read moreGreat experience. The person who greeted us, also served our food. She was outstanding. She also spoke English, which was nice. If you are American I would say a good way to describe this place is like a Tapas Bar. Lots of small shareable plates. They cook the food on a wood fired oven right near the entrance. Had a couple of dogs roaming around the restaurant that were super friendly. Music playing, we got several things to try. The curry was great. I saw lamb on the grill when I left. Wish I had tried that. We got a beef slider type sandwich which was also very good. My wife loved the tomato tart and the wine spritzers! We were stuffed and didn't try desert. But I saw one walking out, it looked delightful! I'd definitely go back. Our server was super inquisitive about where we were from, and overall it was the most welcoming meal we've had in France so far! Thank you again for a...
