Got into Rouen late. Went here for a late night bite to eat on a Thursday around 9 p.m. when everything else was closed or closing. Didn't feel like getting hosed at hotel restaurants again and sick of tourist places. Authentic French experience. May have Moroccan influence but I don't understand French too well to confirm. Couscous specialists although my girlfriend got the steak which she loved and looked delicious. Generous portions. My couscous was delicious and plentiful. The waiter suggested a wonderful red wine to pair with our meal. Attentive, patient staff as my French is rudimentary at best. Table service but pay at counter when finished. Nous y sommes allés à 3 et ont acceptés de nous revoir assez tard. Et heureusement! Pour ma part je me suis régalée avec un couscous méchoui (avec une demi épaule d'agneau), c'était juste trop bon. Couscous, légumes, pois chiche le tout servi séparément pour que chacun puisse avoir juste ce qu'il veut, des épices et la cuisson très bien. Avec en dessert autant des spécialités que des basiques.
