I recently had an appalling experience at the fast-food kiosk associated with this restaurant. We ordered three cheeseburgers, all prepared in under two minutes, which raised immediate concerns about their quality. The meat was undoubtedly old and reheated. So, when we started eating, meat had a disturbing greenish hue and emitted an indescribable odor reminiscent of liver with a gaseous scent. The taste was equally repulsive, rendering the burgers inedible.
Adding to the unpleasantness, the staff member taking our order mockingly imitated us to the cook, openly ridiculing us. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Furthermore, the self-serve condiment area was unhygienic. The mayonnaise container contained black hairs, indicating a severe lack of cleanliness and food safety standards.
In summary, this establishment fails on multiple fronts: potentially unsafe food, displaying disrespectful behavior towards customers and maintaining unsanitary conditions. I strongly advise avoiding both the restaurant and its kiosk if you value quality...
