I ordered a Big Mac and two Kids Meals. All came with cold chips, burnt buns and we could enjoy eating them at dirty tables!
I've given the place two stars because it has a kids play area and a Mac Cafe which I know are handy for those who use them.
There was about fifteen staff behind the counter. All looked busy but with only one order on the screen, I've no idea what made them hurry about like headless chickens.
There was a special offer that day. Order a Large Menu and a Kids meal to get a free DVD. I add to ask for the DVD and the server was unaware of the offer. The other just passed the DVD without even looking at me. Perhaps I'm sensitive but I know if you tried that in Ireland you would be called out by the customer as being rude.
My advice, if you can eat elsewhere do but if stuck it could be ok. Check your food at the counter and do send back burn buns and cold chips. I'm delighted they got the...

We needed to eat fastly before the movie but we should have waited for the other restaurants to open: with few customers and a whole lot of staff behind the counter, we expected to eat more fastly or at least, good food. We were disappointed in both, it's expensive for what we had: dried and without taste sandwiches, undercooked potatoes, wrong drink, they even gave me 8 nuggets instead of 9 (fortunately I counted them before and could ask for one more but the fact remains). I worked for fast food restaurants before and the level of quality for the food as well as the service was far higher than that. This exactly the reason why I don't go for fast good anymore. Nous arrivons afin de commander après une séance car la faim ce fait sentir.
Une fois la commande passé nous nous dirigeons dehors afin de manger au soleil, nous observons les tables dans un état lamentable.
Je demande expressément à une jeune serveuse de nettoyer la table avant que notre repas arrive. Elle nous dit qu’elle arrive et évidement nous ne la revoyons plus jamais. Elle envoi une de ses collègues envoyer les plateaux sans avoir nettoyer les tables. Nous demandons donc à ce que la table soi nettoyée, quelle stupeur dans le mouvement et le geste, on croirait que certaines personnes n’ont ni l’expérience travail ni l’expérience éducation dans leur principes.
La table est donc partiellement nettoyée et je cite : « Le problème c’est les clients comme vous » Ma réponse : « je suis quel genre de client ?» Sa réponse : « le genre de client qui dis des choses comme ça »
Le nettoyage est donc une option si la flemme ne gagne pas l’équipe. Les clients ne doivent pas subir vos états émotionnel :)
L’état des poubelles et des ranges plateaux sont une option également. Sale.
Je pense qu’il serait GRAND temps de donné du travail à ceux qui ont l’envi de travailler.
Première fois pour moi que je vois une employée traîner des pieds tout le long!!
Prise de contact avec le responsable, effectivement rien ne changera. Car je cite « elles sont jeunes vous comprenez »
Le fait d’être jeune n’est pas un totem koh lanta que nous pouvons brandir lorsque une constatation négative est effectuée. Le manque de volonté et d’implication est à bannir d’une entreprise, surtout la où 1-2 employés maximum génèrent une tâche dans l’entreprise !
