Our welcome by Cecile was very kind. She immediately gave our kids a bag with surprises to keep them entertained. We were the first customers. From that point on it all spiraled downwards. There weren't any bubbles in my coca cola even though she opened the bottle in front of us. The kids received a kids meal for 5,95. Which seems a good deal for 5 nuggets, fries, applejuice and a cotton candy as dessert. Sadly for my oldest daughter the menu didn't contain any sauce for her fries. We tried to order any sauce but the waiters were so fast and hasty sometimes in leaving and didn't understand English at all... Then for our main course. I ordered the XXXL BBQ ribs (650 gram) because they looked tasty on the website. Next to that a potato and grilled corn cob. My man ordered the famous bacon burger with grilled vegetables and also a corn cob. It was a long wait. Instead of my nice baked potato I saw french fries on my plate next to the ribs. The grilled vegetables arrived to but the famous hamburger was still being made. Because when I tried to explain I was missing my baked potato the waiter mimicked that he understood and came back later with the burger... The I again tried to explain it and pointed on the menu and half a hamburger later when my appetite was lost it arrived. Why my appetite was lost you ask? While I tried to enjoy my lukewarm ribs who most definitely were preheated or something, I discovered a nice hair after my second bite that didn't belong to anyone in my family. When I tried to explain what happened to our waiter he didn't understood even when I pointed out the hair. He left to serve other customers while I had to wait until Cecile had time. This wasn't the only disappointment. My corn cob was tasty warm and my man's corn cob was simply cold. The grilled vegetables were also a mixture of cold and hot vegetables. Then Cecile came and she didn't understood my English too while I was trying to point out the hair on my ribs that didn't belong to anyone on the table. While I already explained I didn't speak any French, I'm sorry all French people who are offended that I don't speak your beautiful language, she spoke back to me in French faster and faster. Eventually she showed that she wouldn't charge the ribs. Which was kind since I only had two bites from it when my appetite got lost by the hair. After that she ordered the desserts for our kids that came with the menu. That took a while so the non-English speaking waiter asked if we wanted dessert. While we tried to explain we already ordered he spoke French faster and faster and eventually he gave up and asked Cecille if she had taken the order already. Bear in mind we paid about 75é for our meal for 2, my main was presented like it was cooked by a slop jockey and I had the pleasure of comparing a frozen chip to a cooked chip. We had bread, I love bread, but unfortunately BG had no butter (We are in Breton). Drinks order, asked for a draught 1664 from the menu presented, BG don't have any left... Now the big finale, I love the American Ice-cream with the Brownie, but this was nothing like the one I normally receive from the other BG's, different portion and definitely different serving glass, now I await the bog standard unified reply. Ce soir arrivée à 21h20 il n'y avais personnes dans le restaurant si ce n'est qu'une 10 aines de clients, les serveuses n'étaient pas très ravis de nous recevoir on voyait clairement que ca les embêtait que l'on soit la, premier point négatif. On nous a mis sur une table de 4 couverts sans débarrasser les autres couverts sachant que nous n'étions que 2. Ensuite passons à l'apéro, mon conjoint à pour habitude de prendre une despé qui lui est servi avec un verre adapté et un morceau de citron, ce soir il a juste eu le droit à ça bière mais pas de verre qui va avec, mais bref ça ce n'est pas grave. On a les serveuses qui viennent sans cesse à notre table pour envoyer les plats rapidement pour certainement qu'on s'en aille vite, elles nous demandent si elles peuvent lancer nos plats en attendant que l'on ai notre petit plateau à partager. On leur dit que oui il n'y a pas de probleme. On commande donc un mix à partager je demande uniquement au fromage. On a eu un mix de poulet d'oignons... L'inverse de ce qu'on a demander. Pour les burgers je prends le PULLED pour ma part, on me demande la cuisson... mais depuis quand demande t'on la cuisson du porc ??? C'est nouveau ? Mon conjoint quand à lui demander son burger au boeuf saignant avec du baccon il le reçoit à point sans baccon.. Le restaurant était vide elles n'avaient pas la pression, si c'était le cas j'aurais pu être un peu plus compréhensive mais la .. Ensuite on demande de l'eau plancoët la serveuse nous dit d'accord, puis sûrement la reponsable une gentille dame brune avec un the shirt noir et des lunettes nous dis qu'il n'y a que de la vittel, la moindre des choses quand ont embauche du personnels il suffirait de leur apprendre la carte du restaurant le sens du commerce.. À notre table une odeur désagréable d'égouts des le début, de la poussière sur les entourage de fenêtres, une belle toile d'araignée sur la banquette bref l'hygiène laisse à desirer . Ça nous en a donné la nausée et nous n'avions pas pu finir de manger.. mon burger n'était clairement pas bon je suis rentrer frustré et tres en colère sans finir mon assiette avec un mal de ventre et d'estomac ! Les serveuse nous regardait manger au loin et rigolait !
