A quick review of the restaurant. After my challenge of trying every Michelin Stars in Paris and 3 Stars in France, I now try the important 2 stars, and “normal” Michelin restaurant around me. I said “normal” because just being in the guide is already a good sign. This one is no exception. We went twice in 2 weeks. Very consistent, and yet every times different menu. We simulated a gastronomic menu since we took everything on the menu to try (it’s easy, there’s only 2 starters, 2 main dishes, 2 desserts). Wonderful restaurant with rooms in the enchanting little town of St Lunaire on the Breton coast near St Malo. The room was very comfortable with a view of the sea and a useful and well designed kitchenette. We booked for dinner. Wow! Pure Gem! One of the very few places to offer creative cuisine and mind-boggling savours accompanied by a welcoming and fairly fast service.
