I have gone here twice. Both times, the food took 15+ minutes to come, which is completely the opposite of what is expected at a mcdonalds. The place is dirty and unpleasant, with flies everywhere. When my food finally arrived, the first time it was in the wrong sizes, the second it did not include 2 out of the 3 ordered items, even though they were said on the receipt. The first time, my tray had a false eyelash on it, as well as multiple unpleasant stains. The second time, there were 2 medium-sized pieces of lettuce on the tray, although I had ordered a mcflurry and chips. The employees weren't terrible, however clearly many errors were made. This is unrelated to my review, However, both times I went, none of the employees spoke any English. Read morerecently visited a McDonald's and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, making the visit very pleasant. The food was excellent, with the fries being particularly outstanding – crispy, hot, and perfectly seasoned. Everything was served fresh and warm, which added to the satisfaction of the meal. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, which created a comfortable environment to enjoy the food. It’s also a great place for families, with a welcoming atmosphere for children. The reason for four stars is that the McDonald's app just would not work, which, considering the £45 bill, was very irritating.
