Chez Karim — Restaurant in Saint Martin (France)

I pulled into this place knowing nothing about it, I only stopped here because it was the first restaurant I saw when I got hungry. It's a bit cramped with counter service and a few stools inside and some outdoor seating. The massive menu board makes for easy ordering and they have a sizable menu considering how small the place is. The prices are all pretty reasonable for the island. I ordered the kapsalon with lamb and despite a longer wait than expected it was well worth it. It was a massive portion with plenty of well spaced toppings that you could eat on 2-3 times. The lamb was tender and flavorful and the garlic sauce sent it to a whole new level. My only regret about this place is that I didn't get the chance to go back a second time. It will certainly be my first stop if I ever go back...
