Le Saint Chill — Restaurant in Saint-Paul

The restaurant/bar is located in a beautiful part of Saint Gilles and the decor is lovely but, unfortunately those are the only positives. The service was terrible and the staff made multiple mistakes during our visit. The waiter only brought out 1 of the two drinks we ordered. When the food was served they served mine and not my partners. We waited 15 minutes and then complained at which point the waitress stated that is your whole order… the second plate then arrived shortly after but at this point my plate was cold. The food tasted good but the portion sizes were very small and expensive. The menu is not entirely clear regarding prices of drinks as it clearly stated mimosa €6 which we thought was reasonable. Turns out that is not true and that’s only if you purchase the full meal. The Mimosas are €12 and we’re in ‘my opinion’ very bad. We complained to what seemed to be the manager and we were offered our €2 euro coffees for free which when the bill for 2 small plates and 2 mimosas totalled €44 we thought was not enough of a reimbursement. Will not be visiting again and will certainly not be recommending...

Lamb Shank order for 3 only 2 arrived. We had to wait an hour for them after the other 6 people at our table were finished. One shank was fresh on yhe plate the other not. No apologies no care. No music bright light and no management presence. Located in Boucan on the beach, it doesn't compare against to excellent restaurants like T Boucan, Bamboo or Papa bistro in the area.

No fans for the heat...boiling to sit at the table exposed to elements with no air flow.

Extremely expensive and I would rather pay that type of money we had to at the St Alexi hotel restaurant down the rd where 5 star food and service exists.

Je suis venue lundi avec des amis mon enfant et les enfants de mes amis. A mon arrivée, je vois qu'on est sur un salon et non une table et pratiquement complètement au soleil , je demande donc à la serveuse si c'était possible de changer de table pour les enfants car pour manger ça va être compliqué pour eux sur une table basse , elle me répond un peu méchamment qu'il fallait préciser à la réservation qu'on voulait une table ( je suis pas censé savoir qu'il y avait pas que des tables...) elle me dit que les autres tables sont réservées et que peut être elle peut avoir une place à l'intérieur, je lui dis ok je préfère l'intérieur, la collègue de l'intérieur fait une tête comme ci ça la fatigue mais elle fait tout de même la table... je passe à côté de la serveuse et lui dis merci; elle me regarde d'un air comme ci je l'ai fatigué en lui demandant ça... je passe devant l'autre dame de l'intérieur , je lui dis merci également pareil même tête... ma copine sort des toilettes et dit "ah on a changé de table alors" et la femme qui lui dit "oui je comprends pas c'était une bonne table pourtant!" Si je n'avais pas d'enfants oui c'était une bonne table mais là malheureusement non... donc bien évidemment j'étais de bonne humeur l'attitude de ces 2 dames m'a gâché un peu ma matinée, en plus celle de la salle de l'intérieur tirait la tronche tout le long sauf au moment de payer la grand sourire... Je viens sur le positif le serveur etait super sympa un petit blond et une autre dame également à l'intérieur qui nous demandait si tout se passait bien! Le repas était également bon et copieux. Mais malheureusement juste pour l'attitude de ces deux dames je ne reviendrai plus et mes amis non plus qui ont été déçu également de leur...
