We loved this little restaurant in Saumur even this first time of dining there. We were seated immediately by a young lady who owns the restaurant with her husband who is the chef. All 4 of us had the 3 course dinner. I started with a lovely pate with chutney. My wife had the salmon and the other couple both had the asparagus with a sauce that was delicious. Really good find! We stopped for lunch without a reservation and were luckily seated. They were very busy, so it took a bit of time to get the order in, but once ordered the food arrived in good time. The food is really traditional French, very tasty and little fuss.
