Commande passée par téléphone, on nous dit qu'il y a pas de soucis mais il y aura 1h30 d'attente, pas de soucis de mon côté non plus, soirée match, beaucoup de commande. On arrive 1h30 plus tard, on nous informe que la commande a été annulée, confus je lui dit que je ne l'ai pas annulée... il s'excuse, soit, je lui demande qu'est-ce qu'on peut faire maintenant ? Rien... il me dit de rentrer à la maison ou d'attendre 1h de plus...
