I absolutely have to write this post for this really helpful employee at this outlet. I am regular here and I am a vegetarian. I always order from the vegetarian menu, the food is quite average compared to other burger king's. One time someone messed up my friends order and gave them a beef burger instead of a vegetarian burger. It was a very serious religious issue for Hindus to consume beef. There was this one lady who understood the issue and she apologised for it and we let it go. Today 05/11/2024 , I went back and ordered a Chicken Wrap for my friend who consumes chicken and the same lady was there. She is always very sweet and nice. After I took the order and left , she came running outside the Burger King calling out for me to tell me it is not vegetarian. I told her I know as it was for my friend. But this simple act of hers was very kind and I really appreciated it. She ran to tell me before I consumed something by mistake. I do not know her name but she is working at Burger King today in the evening shift 05/11/2024 , she said she will be working till 11 pm today , so she is doing the closing shift. I would like to nominate her for the Employee of the Month if possible, she is absolutely excellent and I have never seen a better person than her. Keep it up! I will be back for more tasty food soon....

Je passe au second guichet pour payer le Mr me qu’il y aura de l’attente, car il est seul, je lui dis d’accord et lui tend l’argent, il me dit ensuite qu’il y aura 30 minutes d’attente, Étant pressé, je ne pouvais pas attendre 30 mn pour une commande Bk principe du Fast food c’est d’être FAST sinon je vais au resto). Je lui demande pourquoi, il ne nous a pas averti lorsque nous prenions la commande, il me dit « BAH JE VOUS PRÉVIENS MAINTENANT » avec arrogance ! Je lui demande donc de me rendre mon argent pour m’en aller ce qu’il fait ! Malheureusement il y avait 1 voiture devant moi, je klaxonne pour avertir la personne et lui demander d’avancer un peu que je puisse sortir. Ce monsieur commence à s’exciter littéralement sur moi en me disant que je n’ai pas à claxonner pour l’avertir (j’aurais dû envoyer le st esprit) et que je n’ai qu’à attendre , je lui dis que j’avais compris que ce monsieur était seul mais que je ne pouvais pas attendre 30 minutes, le serveur Burger King sort et ne fais rien pour calmer ce monsieur, ou même lui dire de se décaler pour que je puisse m’en aller je suis donc forcée de rester sur le drive du Burger King, car en 2025, si on refuse d’attendre 30 minutes pour une commande de fast-food on se fait insulter Bref service à revoir et...
