This is NOT a self-service, but a real restaurant with real waiters. Therefore, it takes obviously more time to eat than in a self-service.
The restaurant proposes all the usual local specialties, but it also has several dishes for those who would be tired of always eating cheese and ham. For instance they propose soups and salads, so you can also eat lighter than the usual “crozets” and other “Raclette”.

They serve 2 or 3 different beers depending on the day and always have a very good plate du jour. There is a rack near the wood burner to dry skiing equipment. Read moreService is brisk and very efficient. Steaks and frites are OK but nothing more. The salade chêvre chaud was near perfect for a place like this. A good Heineken or Grimbergen white or Amber is served.
