Baroque burger — Restaurant in Toulon

The burgers are not awful. But they are also not great. The patties are very small, and this can be seen in comparison to the buns. The price wasn't awful for the location. What really let it down for use was the service.

Firstly, we were never given menus like other tables who came in after us. So we grabbed them ourselves. When we did order, we order the menu, so burger plus dessert. Everything took a long time to come which we accept when busy. But after 25 minutes of finishing our burgers, we gave up on dessert and paid. They didn't charge us, so I'd assume they just outright forgot about them. They overcharged for one of the burgers, but for a euro, I saw no point in complaining. It seemed more hassle.

My partner and I ate here on our first night in Toulon and it was very disappointing. The waiter was very unwelcoming and had a bad attitude. We decided to give it a chance anyway because there was a veggie burger on the menu and I don't eat meat. However the food didn't make up for the bad service. we enjoyed burgers here as a group of 5. on a wednesday evening in september it wasn’t too busy and we received our orders quickly. the burgers were good, the vegetarian ones not too special.

i deduct 1 star due to weird pricing of the menus, why is there a menu with dessert but not with a drink? makes ordering a little awkward.
