La Table du Lodge — Restaurant in Toulon

Chef Pascal was in charge during my two night stay. His cuisine is outstanding. He masterfully mixes Japanese influences with the French tradition of sensuality in taste and texture . He can make you a burger just as well as the catch of the day from Local fisheries. He masters produce like an artist. I had some of the best and tastiest dishes in my whole life at his kitchen. The recipes are not fussy, yet really elaborate in finding the balance between ingredients that work together and leaving you feeling completely fulfilled and happy, after a day waling or at the beach. I truly recommend the kitchen at Le Lodge and hope to come...

The food was actually very good. The meat was on point. And the desert was amazing 👍 We ordered 2 times the same dish. It was the Fish. 1 was the skin crispy from the other not. But the service was very slow, and we had to wait long to be served.👎 But the waitress spoke English and explained everything. The price was to much for the service. The small details make the difference.

But the desert was amazing. All selfmade. No ice cristals in the ice cream. The tart was extremely chocolatery 🥰 And the Nougart and peanuts fit perfectly. My suggestion make it easier to cut so you can take all 3 together to create a gamechanging...

Jo est prêt, il vous a déjà repérés derrière son bar et se prépare à vous faire découvrir son incroyable talent avec une profonde humilité, et à vous servir un cocktail absolument délicieux qui vous transporte encore plus loin… puis vient Léa, un condensé de gentillesse, de professionnalisme et de rigueur, pour vous proposer une belle carte de produits frais, simples et très élaborés en même temps. Vous vous sentez bien tout simplement, vous êtes heureux et vous n’avez qu’une idée en tête, revenir et re voyager l’espace...
