Le Temple — Restaurant in Toulon

Ordered a simple spaghetti with half of langouste with 2 big gambas. The service is great with smile and the atmosphere is good. When the plate served, it LOOKS great as the photo shows BUT I never ate spaghetti over cooked like purée de pâte en forme of spaghetti, the langouste is a bit dry and the 2 gambas didn’t even cooked well. Unfortunately, we didn’t tell the owner directly the moment we found it, like most of guests who believed that it’s not polite to tell them directly. The owner is very nice to offer us 2 free drinks and told us don’t hesitate to tell them if you don’t like the food you ordered. He is right about this. I didn’t try other plate but if you happen to order the same plate as mine or even others and find out that they are not as correct as you thought, don’t hesitate to tell them directly. As the owner said to us, he can try to do things correctly if you tell him immediately, not after. He seems really open minded and willing to server well. Remember to do so correctly if this, unfortunately, happened to you....
