We enjoyed dinner here 2 days ago. Delicious food and good service. The only annoyance being the English couple at the table next to us. After they had an argument because the lady was not amused about the menu, they finally placed their order but soon after complained about everything to the staff. Their complaints were really ridiculous. I had the same meal, and my fish was fine. The guy, however, claimed it was too spicy while there were no spices on the fish whatsoever. The staff reacted very professional and in the end had them get away without paying for their meals. I would like to thank the restaurant staff for their professionalism and the kitchen crew for preparing a nice dinner for us.

Stopped by for a romantic breakfast... Official breakfast time had passed, we settled for a coffee... The wonderful staff brought the last three mini croissant / mini pain au chocolat they had left simply to enhance our experience. The cost was minimal, the view is wonderful, the staff was very friendly and polite seeking to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. The sanitary pass was in place. Beach is literally 3 steps away from the front of the restaurant terrasse. No complaints whatsoever. Thank you for making our romantic breakfast getaway a success.

Merci à la cuisine comme au service car en pleine saison d'été, ce ne doit pas toujours être facile d'être régulier.. Un moment magique et mémorable où tout aura été simplement parfait ! Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir...

We've stayed in rough hotels in India, bug-filled beach huts in Thailand but this place has beaten them all - what a crappy experience!! ||||We're amazed at some of the good reviews, because our experience was awful. Perhaps there was a different housemaid or it was spring/autumn...||||In the heat of summer (August at around 29degC outside max) the room was almost unbearably hot (you can see we had to sleep on the balcony to survive), with no air-con and only cheap fans. We've lived in Dubai, Malaysia and so we know heat.||||Housekeeping - terrible. We called back the maid to come and explain what exactly she had done in our room, as it seemed she had just straightened the sheets. She professed to have cleaned everything, so my wife dragged her finger along the floor and showed her the dust and hair... rank. You will also see a photo here of what I managed to brush up from a metre square of floor.||||Management - uninterested, non-committal, blank-faced and seemingly bothered by our questions; to be honest they seem to be much more interested in the restaurant downstairs and its success (restaurant has good reviews ; be careful)||||Noise : Beachside, you will hear the noise from the restaurant / bar travelling up towards your room. We had noisy people till 2:30am on a Thursday.||||Decor : They're not far off having nice rooms, but when you can't even fix a tap securely, or replace a broken shower head, you have no chance of providing decent facilities.||||Bonus Features : on our last night here, we heard a loud noise at 5am, wandered in from the balcony sleeping space to find a drunk, sleeping stranger on the double bed next to our 4-year old son. I wish I'd taken a photo of it, but I was more concerned with our safety! We kicked him out...||||Upon checking out, the management gave plenty of pathetic excuses as to why they had no air-con (like it was an exceptional heatwave (it wasn't, 29 is not exceptional)).||||Don't risk staying here unless it's winter and you like getting wasted 7...

HONTEUX !!!! Très déçue de mon séjour au Canier Hôtel à La Seyne-sur-Mer. Je souhaite dénoncer le comportement désagréable et totalement non professionnel de la réceptionniste.

Nous avons passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel. Lors de la troisième nuit, j’ai simplement demandé à changer de serviette, ce qui me semble tout à fait normal. La réceptionniste a d’abord refusé sans raison valable. Je suis donc retournée la voir pour lui rappeler que, vu le prix payé, ce service faisait partie de mes droits les plus basiques.

Elle a alors tenté de justifier son refus par un argument « écologique », affirmant que les serviettes ne sont changées que tous les trois jours. Or, nous étions justement au troisième jour ! Puis, à ma grande surprise, elle m’a dit qu’elle allait me facturer une serviette supplémentaire. Depuis quand un hôtel facture-t-il une serviette destinée à la douche ?

Lorsque j’ai demandé un document ou une preuve de ce prétendu supplément, elle s’est mise à bégayer et a été incapable de me fournir la moindre justification. Il était évident qu’elle cherchait à nous arnaquer.

J’ai également signalé que, durant ces trois jours, aucun ménage n’avait été effectué dans la chambre, alors que cela est inclus dans le prix. Là encore, elle a menti en prétendant que j’avais mis un panneau « ne pas déranger » sur la porte. C’est totalement faux je n’ai jamais mis un tel panneau et aucune femme de ménage n’est venue.

Pire encore, elle a commencé à m’interroger comme si je devais me justifier : « Pourquoi voulez-vous une serviette ? », « Qu’avez-vous fait de la première ? » Elle m’a même accusée d’avoir emporté les serviettes à la plage, ce qui est totalement inventé. J’ai ressenti à ce moment-là une forme de discrimination envers moi et mon mari (je porte le voile). Lorsque je lui ai fait part de ce sentiment, elle n’a même pas pris la peine de démentir.

Elle m’a également lancé que « ce n’est pas parce qu’un hôtel est cher que je dois vous donner une serviette ». Or, qu’une nuit coûte 400 € ou 30 €, il est normal qu’un hôtel fournisse une serviette propre à la demande, sans que le client ait à se justifier.

J’ai fini par lui dire d’apaiser son cœur, car son attitude reflète de la haine et de la malveillance. Je trouve scandaleux qu’en 2025 je subisse encore une telle discrimination. J’ai gardé mon calme du début à la fin, sans insulte ni agressivité, alors qu’elle, de son côté, m’a traitée de menteuse et a nié ses propres paroles. Cette personne n’a clairement rien à faire dans le secteur hôtelier.

Concernant l’hôtel lui-même, il ne vaut que pour la vue. La chambre manquait de confort : draps légèrement tachés, salle de bain minuscule, lit trop petit… et tout cela pour près de 120€ la nuit. La vue est belle, certes, mais c’est bien le seul atout de cet établissement.

Madame apaisez votre cœur : votre haine ne vous mènera nulle part. Vous n’avez aucun problème à mentir sur vos clients et les arnaquer !!! Et changez de métier, car si un client qui demande simplement une serviette devient pour vous un problème, c’est que vous n’avez rien compris au service hôtelier.
