I was disappointed with the quality and taste of the food here.

The bread was hard and dry. I tried both the vegetarian tagliatelle dish and the chicken one my companion was having. Both lacked taste. Might have been better with more herbs, better quality olive oil and some parmesan? I'm no cook but I really like my pasta.

On top of this, everything was quite expensive, so poor value.

The service and atmosphere were both good. No complaints there.

Cherchant une adresse pour dîner en couple dans un beau quartier de Toulouse, j’ai demandé une réservation par téléphone, l’hôte, agréable et poli a prit le temps de vérifier les informations de ma réservation. Le soir même j’étais accueilli dans un cadre chaleureux et relaxant. Le gérant a prit soins de nous expliquer le menu et de répondre à nos interrogations. L’ambiance du restaurant était tel que les clients étaient avenants et n’hésitaient pas à plaisanter avec nous dans un esprit presque familiale. La décoration est en grande partie faite à la main et se marie très bien à l’esprit industriel et épuré du lieu. En entrée il nous a été offert de l’humus maison dont on reconnaissait la qualité. Assez rapidement nos plats de pâte on été servie avec une magnifique présentation soignée au détail. Croyez moi que le rapport prix/qualité de ces pâtes est inégalable, ce fut un régal. Si vous hésitez encore à essayer, courez-y et venez goûter par vous même, tout le monde vous dira la même chose, ce restaurant est incontournable. J’espère avoir l’occasion d’y revenir souvent, ce fut une expérience remarquable à un prix...
