Déçu, j'ai commandé un gâteau multi fruit 1 semaine à l'avance. Je me pointe devant le restaurant et ils ont oublié de le confectionner. Le patron me propose de l'amener à mon domicile à 16h. 17h10 on réceptionne ce gâteaux. Il n'y a rien de professionnel dans la confection de ce gâteau. Ma fille qui passe son bac pro boulangerie pâtisserie est plus professionnel que le pâtissier qui n'a mis seulement que de la chantilly des fruits et une génoise à la crème d'amande, le biscuit avait l'air pas cuit du à la crème d'amande , je trouve que cette crème ne s'associe pas avec ce biscuit , il aurait pu y mettre une crème mousseline ou bien une mousse et non seulement de la chantilly pour le prix qu'il a...
