Our first day in Toulouse and looking for something to eat in a very cold January night. We went in not knowing what to expect. And it was surprisingly good. Our French is little but the waiter manage to explain to us everything. We order and it was our first time tasting Afghan food. It was excellent. Came here for dinner as they stayed open on a Sunday evening. Wait staff were super friendly and accommodating. There weren’t many vegetarian options on the menu so they made something specific for my partner which was very kind. My children and I shared the kofta and mantu which were delicious! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Grand père and I am already in love with this place especially their cuisines. The place is cozy and calm with pretty lights.
