Buffalo Grill Les Clayes-sous-Bois — Restaurant in Versailles

At the beginning i was not impressed with the host who escorted us to the table i think his name was Benjij because we chose a bigger table he showed attitude and kind of threw the menus on the table which I don’t understand the reason behind that!! The restaurant was empty, I wanted to leave but then a very nice and humble waiter called Jean Christophe appeared and made sure to apply impeccable service. He was gentle and polite, smiling all the time which made us really appreciate his hard work. We recommend to ask about him. On another note the food taste was good, but it was served cold. I’m not sure why would we get cold food in an empty restaurant??

I ordered coke zero it came original coke, although I noticed it was punched correctly on the bill, maybe the bartender was too busy playing with his phone.

I noticed that Jean Christophe was trying his best to serve all the tables but didn’t see anyone of the dream team from his colleagues giving him a hand.

Overall I won’t visit again if I’m back to France one day! It’s not worth it expect to meet such a nice...

Avis sur Buffalo Grill

Lors de notre visite au Buffalo Grill, nous avons eu une expérience mitigée. Le serveur était très gentil et effectuait son travail avec professionnalisme, mais il était évident qu'ils poussaient beaucoup à la consommation. Par exemple, bien que je n'aie pas pu finir mon plat, on m'a tout de même demandé si je ne voulais pas de dessert.

Cependant, notre expérience s'est fortement détériorée lors du passage en caisse. La personne à la caisse était très désagréable. Nous avons été facturés pour une portion de frites supplémentaire qui aurait dû être incluse dans le menu, et lorsque nous avons fait remarquer cette erreur, notre parole a été remise en question, ce qui était vraiment désagréable.

De plus, il y avait une erreur sur le menu : l'astérisque indiquait que les accompagnements étaient illimités dans le menu Shérif. Cependant, on nous a dit que cela s'appliquait uniquement aux plats seuls, pas aux menus, alors que l'astérisque était clairement placé à côté du titre du menu. Malgré cela, la personne a continué de soutenir que ce n'était pas le cas, faisant preuve de mauvaise foi.

Dans l'ensemble, même si le service en salle était satisfaisant, l'attitude désagréable à la caisse et les erreurs sur le menu ont terni...

Starter had hairs in it, the main dish looked as if it came straight out of a Picard store and was simply unfrozen. Portion of fries was smaller than what my daughter got with her kids menu...after having waited for our food for like 30 minutes.
