This was an absolute insult to Vietnam. The food is supposed to be fusion but I've no idea what they hell they fused it with because it tastes bad. I had "pho bo". They have no right to put pho in the title... pho should be a light stock, aromatic and refreshing to eat. Stock should be hot enough to cook the meat and be almost clear in colour. I make it all the time at home with my vietnamese neighbour. Its not that difficult to do. They managed to completely screw it up... this was a warm dark gravy like stock that resembled French onion soup.... utterly disgusting and didnt work with the rest of the ingredients. Not hot enough to cook the raw beef (food poisoning alert). Absolutely no hint of aroma. Carrots in pho? Are you insane? That just doesn't work on any level. Your chef needs to quit so that someone with taste buds can work there. My 2 colleagues were also highly disappointed with their food as well. It repeated on me for days.... gross. I was...
Read morePay attention if you are vegan or have allergies. We ordered the vegan burger and vegan pad Thai. The burger meal although small was pretty decent, but it was served with non-vegan sauce. It made me doubt since if the burger is even vegan. The pad Thai was the worst pad Thai I've had, it really tasted nothing like authentic pad Thai. The vegan chicken just tastes like dehydrated soya, I don't know why they don't do as they do in Thailand and use tofu which would be so much better if done properly. There's no kids menu; we ordered extra chips which were a very small portion at a cost €4.50 and they have only mayo, no ketchup! The two mains were €17. But at least there are some vegan options which unfortunately, you still have to be thankful for if you find...
Read morePapaya salad was very good an fresh , loved the lime, but was missing spicy imo. So we added some and it was a lot better. However they gave us a whole entire chilli that we had to chop up ourselves. Also there was nuts at the bottom which I’m allergic to and accidently ate so keep that in mind. Tom Tom was good, a bit over fried , the sauce was missing a bit of personality. For the pot au pho, the beetroot was very old and not edible some pieces. The beef was very very good and tender. The soup was not bad, and came with a side of herbs and bean sprouts which were way too tiny. I asked for more. The curry chicken golden was good , but beetroots again were bad. The fried noodles were too hard to eat. The sauce was very sour but chicken was tender and...
