Vapiano — Restaurant in Versailles

Vapiano was a wonderful experience. Select where you wish to sit, scan the QR code on your table and order what you want. Pay online or chose to pay at till. It was as simple as that. The atmosphere was lovely. We had already spent the day in central Paris and it was approx 9pm when we went. The place was moderately busy and very clean. The aroma coming from kitchen was amazing. My daughter chose pasta with Pesto and Chilli. It was delicious. We also ordered margarita and a peperoni pizza. Both were lovely. The side accompaniment of chilli oil was wow.

The price I felt was very reasonable for the quality of the food and excellent service. Bar tender was truly great, ensuring we had water and anything else we wanted. All staff were very very pleasant and we felt so welcomed. There were many tables and seats and I guess this place is popular with the locals.

HIGHLY recommend Vapiano. great menu with lots to chose from. Most definitely family friendly.

One of the good italian restaurant in Velizy 2 mall.. 2 weeks back i visited Velizy for official purpose and got chance to visit this restaurant. Its located up stares at 2nd floor in mall. Restaurant is huge and its lively place. Interior is very nice. Best thing i liked about Vapiano is Live counters... Though thr are chances that you have to wait for some time till your turn. Its a postpaid system. You have to go to counter of Pizza, Pasta etc., need to tell wht you want, i took vegetarian pasta named "ALL’ ARRABBIATA" chef asked which pasta type (i took penne with some spicy sauce), he prepared pasta in front of me which looked very nice.. Chef will load your menu in the card and based on that you have to give bill at counter. Here liquors are also available. I liked pasta taste though i feel quantity is little less but its Ok.. Overall my experience is very nice and i would suggest you to visit Vapiyano and i m sure you will definitely like this...

A Sad Letdown at Vapiano Velizy2

Vapiano used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but sadly, the one in Velizy is just not up to par. They don't have enough staff and it doesn't seem like they're trying to fix that problem.

I've had a bad experience there three times now, so I feel I need to write this review to warn others. The staff are doing too much, from taking orders to cleaning up, and because of this, they can come off as rude.

In the past, Vapiano was well-organized with different people doing different jobs. But nowadays, after COVID or whatever, it's just not the same. It's really gone downhill and it's a shame. If you're thinking about eating at Vapiano Velizy, you might want to...
