Hands down the best burger and steak in Tbilisi. Bar none. I tried a handful of highly rated steakhouse and none came close. Burger also for that matter.
Unlike a certain popular steakhouse in SE Asia (El Gaucho ahem), this place offers beef from Argentina 🇦🇷 along with Japanese, American and Dutch beef! The SE Asian joint mentioned offered only American beef which makes the name completely disingenuous.
This is a restaurant inside Gatronome upscale import market. This means all the ingredients use here are highly quality direct front the importer.
I went three times this trip where I had mini truffle burger twice and Argentinian rib eye steak once.
The burger is especially juicy but I recommend you order with low to no salt since Georgian do get heavy handed when it comes to salt.
Otherwise, the overall vibe is wonderful and even the bathroom design and details (for a design nerd like myself) reflect the owner’s attention to details. And if you know anything about Georgian general attitude toward work, you will appreciate even more how exceedingly difficult for them to have time type of craftsmanship.
