McDonald's — Restaurant in Tbilisi

Was in hurry, went to MacDonalds for fast lunch. Hamburger menu was getting ready for about 20 min. When my order finally has arrived - it was cold - cold fries, cold burger. I asked to replace cold meal - they provided me with new fries portion but with hamburger - they just microwaved it. Maybe it was bad luck for me or there was a new employee (who was explaining that it is normal) - but any good mood was washed away and also I got late. Usually I don't expect such a poor quality service at MacDonalds...

Came here 11 May 2024 18:35, ordered. There was a total chaos. A lot of people standing in a line, we were 097 and I looked around and saw a man with 068, seems like he had no idea what to do. The tableau didn't work. Seems like workers could not manage. We waited for twenty minutes and left, because I was with a child, we DID NOT get the order, it was total mess there. Tried to call them to cancel the order, but the phone they specified is not correct, no answer. Wasted my money for 20 minutes of...

I love McDonald's very much. Their dishes and sweets are always great. And drinking too. They are loved by people of all ages, both children and the elderly, everyone. I love to be in this chain's branches, but on the last visit here, the staff of that day did not behave well. They broke the tray with our order and didn't tell us about it and we waited for almost 50 minutes. They did not apologize. Those young girls there behaved really...
