The inside mall is overly priced and felt spooky empty. I bought nothing. The outside mall and underground mall seems a bit crazy and messy but it’s actually a bit fun. With some patience, you can find nice interesting things at good prices. Sometimes they will try to overcharge you by A LOT, if they notice you don’t speak the language. But I just go to a different area until I get a reasonable price. Sometimes, they will short change you by $5 or $10 ..so count your money and don’t let them take advantage of you. One time, I was buying 2 earrings and 2 rings when my phone rang, I looked away for a moment and the sales lady removed the rings from the bag. I noticed later when I got home that the rings were not in the bag. So keep your eyes on the salesperson and your surroundings at all times. You can easily get lost in the outside and underground mall here but it will lead you to other shopping areas. It’s a never ending shopping place. I was able to get a lot here for low prices. The women owners are mostly cold as ice and their stare is mean (maybe they feel if you enter their store to look at the items, you must buy something?) But don’t let them push you around. Say, “no, but thank you” with a smile. Some salespeople were nice and even helpful but most looked angry and...

Very interesting place, a lot of different equipment, musical instruments, chargers and accessories for Apple, headphones, surveillance cameras, home appliances, different prices. You can even ask for discounts. I think that the best place in Tbilisi, where you need to buy almost everything. But try to take with good sellers who give a guarantee and a check. Because sometimes defective goods. And be sure to check the goods on the spot and only then buy.
