A Lovely , small ,20 seater restaurant with modern vietnamese decor. Run by a husband and wife of finally! vietnamese descent! The portions are decent and prices are average. The beef fried rice(24) is a MUST try. Their crispy chicken is extemely crispy and freshly fried. Best thing is they do NOT drench the crispy chicken with the sauce but lay it on top of the veggies which are cooked with the sauce of your choice. Absoloutley no system in the kitchen. While we waited over an hour for our starters, they accepted several take away orders stating on the phone that it would take roughly 25 minutes while almost all guests in the restaurant had incredibly long waits. The fried items were heavily over saturated in fat and when the mains finally came the “pan fried” noodles and veggies (see picture) were overcooked and soggy. 2 hours later our late lunch turned into dinner. Was looking for a nice bowl of Pho on a rainy day in Aachen. This place had a catchy name, so though I'd give it a try. The side orders came out (7 and 7A) spring rolls and fried wantons came out first, very hot and fresh with a very nice, light crunch. Immediately following my Pho came out (#35).
