If you want to have a 3 course meal in the same time McD makes a happy meal, this is the place to go. The quality is comparable as is the service to the big yellow M. Our starters came within four minutes of ordering our courses. As soon as we finished those the main dish arrived before the first plates were even cleared from the table, wow that was a first. We didn't get new cutlery and no waiter in sight so we grabbed some ourselves from another table. After the main course we asked for our dessert to go, and the waiter told us we were in luck, because the desert was already on it's way to our table... So 3 courses in just over half an hour... My starter was missing the jalapenos that were listed on the menu, and my burger should've been spicy and including habanero, but there wasn't a hint of habanero in sight. Maybe just some habanero dust slightly touched the meat or there was a habanero watching in the kitchen while they prepared the slightly overcooked burger with too much sauce. To top things off the prices on the bill were incorrect. I was charged 17 euros for the Yucatan burger while the printed and online menu say € 15,50. Sorry for the waiter that we didn't tip you, but this service from the entire restaurant was just below par. If I want something fast, overcooked and not entirely what I ordered I can go to a fast food chain and at least the bill will be correct.

I recently went to this steakhouse and it was mostly awesome. The service was super friendly and the place felt really cozy. Just a small hiccup: the steak I had was a bit hard to chew. The service was seriously great. As soon as I walked in, they made me feel super welcome. The staff was really nice and knew a lot about the food. They helped out with all my questions and special requests. That made the whole experience a lot better. The place itself had a really cool vibe. It was warm and comfy, perfect for hanging out with friends or having a quiet dinner. The soft lights and rustic decorations made it feel special. Now, about the food. The steak I ordered wasn't as tender as I hoped. I was expecting it to be really juicy, but it was a bit tough. But here's the thing: the carpaccio they served was amazing. It kind of made up for the steak. The flavors and how it felt in my mouth were just perfect. Overall, I had a great time at this steakhouse. The service was awesome, and the vibe was cool. Even though the steak wasn't the best, the fantastic carpaccio and the whole experience definitely made it worth it. I'd totally tell my friends to check this place out, especially if they want a chill vibe and friendly service.

The ASH is probably the closest to a real steakhouse in Aachen. Even though it is a franchise, the atmosphere is fine and often buzzing. The staff is well trained and very friendly (they have earned their five stars). The food is quite good in general, and some of the cuts are even great. But it has always been expensive, and has not gotten any cheaper in the past year. Last Sunday, we ordered two of the bruschetta as part of our starters for almost 20 EUR. When the order came we thought it was a mistake (see picture) but were then assured that this is "what it is supposed to be". Even worse, we got charged a total of 16 EUR for ketchup/mayo and herb butter we ordered with the steak for the five of us, which made me wonder what special ingredients were used... Of course, these are details - but unfortunately they left a bitter aftertaste.

Completely overpriced subpar food. The burger, just the burger, can cost you up to €20 and it’s not spectacular. They charge €1.50 for KETCHUP… On my first visit they messed up my daughter’s order, we ordered mashed potatoes and they brought fries. They let her keep both but the point was for her not to eat fried food, yet when it came of course I wasn’t going to say no after waiting for 30 minutes starving. On my second visit everything went well. It was during lunch. All of the staff was incredibly nice and attentive. I had a burger, tiny drink and fries for €17 which is fair considering the regular prices, it was a lunch special. On my third visit we just went for dessert, we had the soufflé, it was terrible. The menu said it came with caramelized walnuts, but those were missing. When we asked about them the server said they were out and brought us a substitute without telling us what it was and just walking off. In general the server lacked any customer service and from his attitude the restaurant business is not his calling. In addition to the soufflé not resembling what the menu described it was also incredibly dry. Because I knew that our server was uninterested and borderline rude, I waived over a server I recognized from my second visit. She handled the situation extremely professional and did more than we even expected. Because of her and her service we will likely give the restaurant another chance. I didn’t catch her name but she’s the lady with the purple or pink hair. Thank you for taking your job seriously and making sure that the...

Great venue & atmosphere! Drinks order arrived quickly along with our starter. We order the nachos which came with a small pot of guacamole only no other dips or sauce were on or mixed on top so unfortunately this led to the remainder being hard to eat as they were very dry & tasteless. We then order two burgers for our mains (x1 Phili cheese burger special which should come with fries and a soft drink & x1 truffle burger please note you have to order all sides separately your burger does not come with fries!) we waited an hour for this to arrive! No waiter came in and checked on us or asked us for a drink reorder. We had to ask where our food was! Upon arrival my food was stone cold, the phili cheese was not a burger but a slim piece of steak covered in mustard which was alls you could taste. My partners truffle burger looked great but was missing the fries so had to ask for these. 30/40 mins pass again for someone to come and ask how the food was at that point we asked for the bill. The phili cheese burger special was charged all individually so no free fries or drink as stated on the menu. I asked for this to be removed as it was uneaten and the waiter did politely say they can re cook this. After being there for 2 hours and passed 10pm this would be the last thing I would want!! They removed the burger only from the bill! And left cold uneaten fries on. Needless to say not great. My partners burger was nice (not steaming hot I may add but just about ok to eat) we were excited to eat here after a long day of travelling but were sadly...
