Burger King Aachen — Restaurant in Aachen

Burger King is always good, but the Service is totally bad.

I went and ordered for Take away a menu, plus a Hot Brownie and Cola....and they put a paper bag on the counter, and a glass next to it for the Cola with no cover and no holder no bag, nothing.....and the Hot Brownie next to it, again, simple like that, and I made the order for Take away!!!

And I say clearly in my poor German: Ich gehe mit der Roller. And I point to the Brownie and Cola....and they look at each other like I was speaking French, and after a few seconds they decide to put the brownie in a burger box, but still they didn't give me a cover for the Cola cup....so I took everything without the Cola....

They looked so without wish to work, no customer empathy, no smiles, no nothing

Never again at this Burger King

PS: My friend to whom I took the order said that they forgot to add the Kartoffel..,.. So there you go,...

I ordered 4 hours ago, but my order has not arrived yet. I called many times, and finally, a lady answered. At first, she said they didn’t have an order for me, but then she quickly changed her mind and said it would arrive in two minutes. An hour later, the same lady, who refused to share her name, called me back. Her German was poor, and she was shouting, rude, and fighting. So the driver took over the call. He asked if I still wanted my order, and I said yes. Now, almost 6 hours have passed, and my order still hasn't arrived. I knew he won’t do it any soon because his voice tune changed when I confirmed that I still want it. Given the delay and the negative experience, and it might not arrive, I no longer trust them to prepare it properly. They could just have rejected the order instead of ranking the worst...

I visited the Burger King located at Krefelder Str. 218, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst fast-food experiences I've ever had. First off, the staff were incredibly disrespectful. I witnessed one employee sneeze and then proceed to handle food without washing their hands. This is not only gross but also a serious health concern.

Absolutely disgusting!

The wait for my order was absurdly long, and when I finally received my food, it was cold and poorly prepared. The fries were soggy, and the burger tasted stale. I expected better quality from a well-known chain.

Overall, the combination of disrespectful staff and unsanitary conditions made for a truly unpleasant visit. I won’t be returning to this location anymore!
