Extremely rude and verbally combative staff, extremely disrespectful. Customer service is not existent, first off, the lady working the front, not only was she rude but she seemed annoyed as well, we waited over 20 minutes for someone to take our order, once the guy came to take our order he was not friendly, my partner asked if we could order a pizza for our son as he was hungry and the guy gave us an attitude and said that he was not going to take our order as there are more people waiting.

All this with an attitude, then he has the nerves to insult my partner! Like it's a joke! We stood up and left. Then the guy continues to mumble some crap, but we just did not waste our energy with people like that. It used to be a friendly environment, the food back then was really good. If you have staffing issues, then I recommend you hire people and manage your personnel cost and put some money in your bottom line, or you can just shut down your "restaurant" and call it a day.

Ultimately, it was a very disgusting experience, will not ever set foot in that place, friends have been notified of the terrible and combative service from the staff there. If you need training on how to properly run your facility and provide excellent customer service I can recommend some good people that can help. Waren letztes Jahr zu meinem Geburtstag hier essen. Dort lief eigentlich alles noch gut. Essen war super, Mitarbeiter freundlich.

Doch dieses Jahr, waren wir (8 Personen) sehr unzufrieden. (24.08.24) Essen war weiterhin 1A, aber der Kundenservice hat so extrem nachgelassen… Echt schade. Es war ein heißer Sommertag, deswegen war die komplette Terasse sowie das Restaurant voll. ABER.. nur eine Bedienung.

Bis wir die Getränke bestellen konnten vergingen bestimmt 5-8 Minuten. Bis die Getränke kamen, nochmal 15-20 Minuten.

Die Bedienung wollte dann bestimmen was und wie wir zu bestellen haben, was gar nicht geht. Was und wann ich etwas essen oder trinken will, bleibt mir selbst überlassen! Und wenn ich ein Tiramisu zur Hauptspeise essen wollen würde, dann ist das halt so.

Als wir alle mit den Hauptspeisen fertig waren, wollten wir Nachspeise bestellen, aber das hat der Bedienung auch nicht gepasst, da ja nicht alle am Tisch waren, also konnte ich nicht direkt bestellen.

Danach haben wir es einfach gelassen und sind dann zu einer Eisdiele gefahren.

Leider nur noch 2 Sterne, anstelle der 5 von damals

Hatten am 13.05.2023 3x Schnitzel Wiener Art mit Pommes bestellt (zum mitnehmen).

Die Schnitzel haben super lecker geschmeckt. Wie es sich für Schnitzel gehört, waren sie relativ dünn.

Zum Service und Ambiente können wir nicht viel sagen, werden aber demnächst mal zum Essen...
