Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bad Homburg vor der Höhe

Had a horrible experience, ordered 2 pizzas and paid, but no receipt nor no waiting list so I asked it but a casher said “I know you so just wait”, after 30 mins the casher brought 2 pizzas and confirmed what I ordered and it was correct so I took it, but on the way home I opened it and realized one pizza is different from what I ordered so I went back to the restaurant, the manager asked me where is the bill? Actually no bill was provided and I said a pizza was not what I ordered, and the manager said, OK wait just 5 mins.. and I waited 10 more minutes. So I waited the right pizza more than 40 mins. And some customers even ordered later than me, got the pizzas within 20 mins!! I was so frustrated on this restaurant and NEVER go there again. No parking lot, please...

I am writing the review in English because I know Americans/Canadians will be curious to know how Pizza Hut is compared to here. I was there with my wife and daughter, and we had a large pizza with the stuffed cheese crust. The Pizza did not taste exactly like it does in North America, but it is really good. The toppings on the pizza are actually fresher tasting. The prices are a bit high, but I would recommend anyone who misses North American pizza to go to...

Whatever i wanted to order was not availabke which honestly isnt a good sign , Ice tea Lemon not available , Cucumber Salad not available, Pepsi tasted really weird , Mozzarella sticks werent crispy the garlic bread with cheese they were very stingy one had Mozzarella the other had only half , the pizza looked ok , all in all very average experience , unfortunately i wudnt visit this pizza hut nor...
