Restaurant Down Under — Restaurant in Bad Vilbel

Went there with my partner and we both ordered kangaroo steak. What I got was good. But my partner got chewy steak which was impossible to eat, was like a rubber. When we told the waiter she said that she cannot do anything while she doesn't want to tell the chef and he isn't even there at the moment. So we can't even order another steak, she said anything else but the steak. Ok I ate my food don't want to eat anything more and I shared my stake with my partner. So we told we don't want anything but just to remove the steak from the bill. We ordered Apfel strudel and ate it both. Later waiter said that she can't remove the steak but she can give the Apfel strudel for free. Mind you it costs 10€ and steak costs 35€. We said we won't pay for that one steak, but everything else we will. She said she will do that, but that is not very nice to do so. So basically never going there again, price does not match...

When I saw the restaurant on Google , I was pretty intrigued and fascinated to try it out and it definitely exceeded my expectations. I had ordered a virgin colada and I wasn't expecting it to be made the way it was since I've had plenty of virgin coladas prior to this and oh my god it was so good! I am not a fan of pineapple but this drink made me overlook that hatred and enjoy it very well. Then I had the chicken wings which was cooked perfectly. Perfect amount of crisp, perfect amount of spice, absolutely delicious with a huge serving of fries making it balanced. To top it off I had the crispy chicken burger, a basic and simple burger but it was filling and pretty decent. Yet to try out the authentic Aussie dishes so you know I'm bound to try that...

OMG! I loooove this place! Been there several times and the food, ambiance, service and everything is amazing! It feels as If you'd travel to Australia and are having a special time. the cocktails are super delicious, and come in cute glass, with decor and candy. The most interesting part are there variety of exotic meats, for example kangaroo meat! They have also hamburgers made with kangaroo meat, and so on. The service is always super friendly and quick. The prices are good, around 20 Euros for one person with cocktails and super food. The ambiance of the place is like a sportier/ restaurant. The have cute decorations and an inside separate...
