If you don’t speak German avoid this place.

Apparently they don’t speak English and don’t know how to deal with it. They will make a face that you’re not welcome there, will remind you they don’t accept card (with that same face) and tell you to put back the menu on the table like you are a dog. That’s how I felt this afternoon when I was trying to find a decent place to eat after a long trip. Thanks a lot. You should write somewhere “tourists are not welcome”.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered what was shown on their display and was given a substitute. The attendant said because they didn’t have it available. Why didn’t you inform me while I ordered instead of changing the request at your own wish? When I asked him to change it he was extremely rude and refunded the money to me. I’ve never encountered a rude bistro ever as this. Totally Bad...

Ich war schon oft in diesem Laden und es hat eigentlich so gut wie immer geschmeckt. Allerdings wird der Laden seid Jahren immer teurer und die Qualität wird immer schlechter. Die Mitarbeiter sind ebenfalls seid Jahren sehr unfreundlich (besonders die Chefin). Das letzte mal als ich dort etwas gegessen hatte, habe ich mein Essen nicht mehr angerührt und bin gegangen. Die Chefin hatte auf einer Hand einen Plastikhandschuh. Sie setzte sich an einen Tisch im Bistro und fing an an ihrem Handy zu spielen. Dann kam der Höhepunkt. Sie NIESTE in ihren Handschuh, ging zurück hinter die Ladentheke. Sie wechselte jedoch nicht ihren Handschuh oder Desinfizierte nicht ihre Hände, sondern bediente die Kunden einfach weiter.
