BAU - BAR AM UFER — Restaurant in Berlin

Probably funny fir smaller groups, but team building for 25 is no go. After 4 hours, most of us were still hungry, as it takes forever to make those children-sized pizzas and then dividing those micro slices with so many people... Never again. Probably good for maller groups. The two people who taught us how to make the pizzas were very kind, but it was waaaaay to slow. Like teaching 5-years old children...

Die Bar ist gut und einfach zu erreichen, wenn auch für Berliner Verhältnisse ein wenig dezentral. Das Ambiente mutet einem alten Fachwerkbau an, für deren Beliebtheit ist die Bar mit etwas wenigen Sitzmöbeln ausgestattet. Der Service war bei meinem Besuch allerdings katastrophal. Zu wenig Personal, das zudem unheimlich unstrukturiert gearbeitet hat. Wartezeit von über einer Stunde für ein Getränk, auf dessen Bestellung ich stehend am Tresen warten musste. Andere Gäste hatten ebensolche Wartezeiten für die Bezahlung ihrer Deckel. Durch den spürbaren Frust bei allen - Gästen und Personal - hat der Abend wenig...
