Burger King — Restaurant in Berlin

I had a train leaving soon, so I decided to quickly buy a burger+shake for the journey, the queue looked rather small so I waited. Firstly they only show the prices of menus and even on the board on the side you can’t see the prices of the burgers whilst waiting. When I was first in line instead of taking my order the cashier slowly packed in the food of the other people waiting, then slooooowly took a few sips of water and instead of asking for what I’d like, just stood around idly, although she clearly knew that I hadn’t ordered yet. Then I had to leave and went to the baker opposite of it as I only had about 7mins left and bought a croissant

My recent visit to Burger King at Berlin-Südkreuz was a complete disgrace to the franchise. The service was incredibly slow, leaving me waiting for an unreasonably long time. The limited availability of products was disappointing, with many menu items unavailable. Even worse, the staff refused to accept valid coupons and vouchers without any explanation. On top of that, I witnessed staff handling food with their bare hands in plain view of customers, which is both unhygienic and unacceptable. I had 10 minutes to pick up a burger. No line. Excellent nudging through the visible menu: they only show pictures and prices of entrees and combos. Clearly they don't want you to pick up a quick bite on the go. I had to walk past the counter to read the tiny print of their individual burger selection for a Euro or two. Meanwhile, two guys show up. They are getting their order taken and served for 7 minutes. Doesn't occur to the guy "in training" that taking my order alongside serving those guys would be the logical next step. Left hungry because I ran...
