Simple, calm, fat-accessible, and queer-friendly café with affordable prices (an espresso drink AND a sandwich for under 5€ at a café is hard to find these days!) I came here with my crochet project and was happy to find plenty of bench seating spread over two rooms. Seating is good for small groups of 3-4, but more than 6 would be tricky.
The front room (where one entered and orders) catches plenty of the winter afternoon light; the second room (see photos) in the back is more shaded with windows to a small courtyard and includes a very comfy couch and a shelf full of books. There’s also a guest-accessible toilet.
The guy at the counter was friendly and efficient. You pay when you order and bring things to the table yourself.
