Went there to relax and work on some drawing. But could tell very quickly it wouldn’t be a place I could do this. Even though two waitresses were on and it’s a small place, the owner/manager was still floating about the floor, I could feel him watching everything. This mightn’t be a problem for people as he wasn’t givin off a bad vibe or anything, but he kept taking over the waitresses duties when relating and dealing with customers. I mean why was he (presumably) employing these two people if he was goin to do their work for them? Granted, he could have been doin staff training-in that day. But both of them, really? ..Unlikely. It felt like he needed to be in control all the time, because of this it Wasn’t a relaxed environment to work in, at least not for me. Don’t get me wrong this may be a minority perception/opinion of the place as the rest of customers seemed calm and content. Also I was already in Berlin in places which have a way better sort of coffee beans. Ice creams - pistachio good, straciatella was watery.
