Food is ok, coffee rather not - prepare for incredibly long wait times. What ruins the experience is the incredibly rude blonde waitress lady. I just can't believe how someone can think that they can treat customers that way: she let me order a cappuccino and when I wanted to pay by card she told me next time I'm going to order "just one cappuccino" I better ask her whether cards are accepted. But maybe that's your responsibility and not the customer's? Didn't use to be like that before the owner changed. It's sad because when people talk about the restaurant they always end up mentioning how that mannerless woman turns them off from...

A place that I am always happy to return to. Close to crowds, busy life and chaos, this place is a true oasis of peace. The food is fantastic, the staff is very pleasant and the atmosphere is so good that sometimes I'm surprised that there aren't long lines to get a table. Sonntag 28.8.22 wieder sehr enttäuscht ! Zum vierten Mal da gewesen ! Die beiden jungen Damen im Service sehr unfreundlich und schnippisch ! Musste darum bitten, dass der offensichtlich schmutzige klebrige Tisch abgewischt wird ! Dann beim bestellen langes warten , beide fragen aber wer dann zuständig ist, ist unklar! Am Nebentisch 3 ältere Damen warteten auch extrem lange obwohl nichts mehr los war , fragten freundlich nach , schnippische Antwort und ein Gesicht der Servicekraft wo jede gute Laune verging ! Die Damen beschwerten sich dann was die Servicekraft einfach ignorierte! Das Essen musste ich an der Küche abholen weil beide nicht mehr wussten ob und wer es bestellt hat, der Koch war auch genervt ! Das wir an einem Ort mit spirituellen Veranstaltungen/Theater usw wir nur in diesem Café Getränke bekamen war mehr als ärgerlich ! Beim getrennt bezahlen war die Servicekraft bei drei Getränken insgesamt völlig überfordert ! Ich vermisse das alte Café wo man freundlich bedient wurde , es noch guten Milchcafe in der Schale gab ! Dabei war das Café nicht mal übermäßig voll ! Schade sehr schade ! Für mich kein Anreiz mehr in dieses...
